    As CEO, she leads editorial vision, creative direction, and strategic expansion for CCC. Her background in loyalty architecture, luxury consumer behavior, and emotional branding makes her a sought-after voice in modern wellness marketing. She believes that beauty is a form of intelligence, and that loyalty should be earned through resonance, not gimmicks.

    Eric is a seasoned operator and wellness industry growth strategist with a background in venture consulting, biotechnical innovation, and brand scaling. From his early years advising Fortune 100 companies at Bain & Co., to leading complex operations at the forefront of bio-based manufacturing, to his journey to VP of Partnerships at Springbig, Eric has always bridged intellect and intuition, numbers and skillfully crafted meaningful relationships.

    At Cultivated Creative Co., Eric leads operations, finance, and strategic partnership development. He architected the infrastructure for The Gaia Edit’s market rollouts and category exclusivity model, ensuring every brand experience is as scalable as it is sacred.
